• Dedicated courier: For certain scheduled deliveries in Paris and nearby suburbs.
• FedEx: For international deliveries.

After your payment is confirmed, your order will be prepared within 48 to 72 business hours before being handed over to the carrier.

Delivery times depend on your destination:

• France and neighboring countries: an additional 1 to 2 business days (3 to 6 business days after payment).
• Other countries: an additional 2 to 5 business days (4 to 8 business days after payment).

Delivery times to the USA are 6 to 8 business days after payment.

• Deliveries to countries outside the EU are not subject to French VAT.
• Customs duties and wine-specific taxes remain your responsibility. These are usually payable to the carrier upon arrival.
• Please consult your country’s customs regulations before placing an order.

We include a mandatory insurance fee equal to 1% of the total value of your wines to cover:

Important: Any damage or loss must be reported on the delivery slip provided by the driver at the time of receipt of your order.

Yes, in accordance with the Consumer Code (Articles L11-1 / L11-2 / L121-17 / L121-19), you have a period of 14 working days to exercise your right of withdrawal starting from the confirmation of your order.

However, this right does not apply in the following cases: In such cases, all orders are considered final and are not eligible for any refund.

If the 14-day withdrawal period expires on a Saturday, Sunday, or public holiday, it is extended to the next business day.
