Shipping and Delivery Policy
Carriers
- Colissimo: For orders delivered within mainland France.
- Our Courier: Available for certain deliveries by appointment in Paris or nearby suburbs.
- FedEx: For international deliveries.
Delivery Times
Once your payment is validated, we require 48 to 72 business hours to prepare your order before handing it over to the designated carrier.
Delivery times vary depending on the destination:
- France and most neighboring countries: 1 to 2 additional business days, for a total of approximately 3 to 6 business days after payment.
- Other countries: 2 to 5 additional business days, for a total of 4 to 8 business days after payment.
These estimated times may be delayed in cases of force majeure or exceptional traffic conditions (e.g., strikes, high transport network demand, severe weather conditions, etc.).

Shipping Fees
Shipping fees include:
- Secure packaging (polystyrene or cardboard, except for deliveries made by our dedicated courier).
- Order preparation.
- Transport costs.
These fees are calculated as accurately as possible and vary based on the number of bottles in your order and your delivery location. The exact amount will be displayed and adjusted in your cart when selecting your delivery destination.

🇫🇷 France (Mainland) – Delivery within 4/5 business days after payment
- 1 to 3 bottles: €14.40
- 4 to 6 bottles: €19.80
- 7 to 12 bottles: €29.40
- 13 to 24 bottles: €58.80
- 25 to 36 bottles: €88.80
- 37 to 48 bottles: €117.60
🇪🇺 Europe – Delivery within 4/5 business days after payment
- 1 to 3 bottles: €36.00
- 4 to 6 bottles: €48.00
- 7 to 12 bottles: €60.00
- 13 to 24 bottles: €120.00
- 25 to 36 bottles: €180.00
- 37 to 48 bottles: €240.00
🌍 Worldwide (Excluding USA)
- 1 to 3 bottles: €90.00
- 4 to 6 bottles: €120.00
- 7 to 12 bottles: €180.00
- 13 to 24 bottles: €360.00
- 25 to 36 bottles: €540.00
- 37 to 48 bottles: €720.00
🇺🇸 USA – Delivery within 6 to 8 business days after payment
- Additional insurance fees apply (see section below).
- Shipments to non-EU countries are exempt from French VAT (United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway, USA, Hong Kong, Macau, Singapore, Japan, South Korea, Australia, etc.).
- Customs duties and taxes for deliveries outside the European Union are not included and remain the customer’s responsibility. These charges are usually payable directly to the carrier upon delivery. Please check your country’s import regulations for further details.

Mandatory Shipping Insurance
Despite our secure packaging (polystyrene protection) and the rarity of transport incidents, every shipment includes mandatory insurance.
- The insurance cost is 1% of the total value of the wines ordered.
- This insurance covers damage or loss (partial or total) of your order by the carrier, provided that you report any issues directly on the delivery note when receiving the package.
