Right of Withdrawal

(In accordance with the articles of the Consumer Code: L11-1 / L11-2 / L121-17 / L121-19)

The consumer has a 14-working-day withdrawal period from the date of order confirmation (except in cases where the provisions of this section exclude the exercise of this right).

In cases of legal exceptions provided by the Consumer Code (such as the supply of goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized, or goods that, due to their nature, cannot be returned or are likely to deteriorate or expire rapidly), the customer acknowledges that, given the nature of the goods sold on the website, the 14-day withdrawal right does not apply. Consequently, any order will be considered final and will not be eligible for a refund.

If this period expires on a Saturday, Sunday, or a public holiday, it is extended to the next business day. The customer acknowledges that if the products have already been delivered, return shipping costs will be at their expense (transport, etc.). Any return must first be reported to the Customer Service of SAS LA QUILLE:

• By logging into our website under the "My Orders" section, where, after entering your customer number, you will be able to obtain your order number. The product must be returned within 14 days via Colissimo Recommandé to the following address:

This right of withdrawal is exercised without penalty, except for return shipping costs. If the right of withdrawal is exercised, the consumer may choose either a refund of the amounts paid or a product exchange. In the case of an exchange, the reshipping costs will be borne by the consumer.

If the right of withdrawal is exercised, SAS LA QUILLE commits to refunding the customer within 14 days.
