Anglore is a wine estate located in the Rhône region, in France, known to produce high -quality natural wines. The Lirac cuvée is a red wine made from Grenache, Syrah, Mourvèdre and Carignan grapes, from vines aged 30 to 60.

This wine is produced according to traditional and natural methods, without the use of chemicals or commercial yeasts. The grapes are scratched and fermented with their native yeasts, then raised in oak barrels for about 18 months before being bottled.

The result is an elegant and complex wine, with aromas of red fruits and spices, a silky texture in the mouth and a long and persistent finish. The Anglore Lirac cuvée is an excellent choice to accompany meat dishes, spicy dishes and refined cheeses.
