THE Domaine Bernard GIPA, located in Mauves, is a reference from the northern Rhône valley. Led by Fabrice Gipa since 2001, the estate extends over 18 hectares and is recognized for the precision and balance of his wines, both in Saint-Joseph and Saint-Péray. The "Parady" cuvée comes from the eponymous locality, considered one of the best terroirs of the Saint-Joseph appellation.
