🏰 About Domaine Les Horées
Les Horées Estate, founded in 2019 in Burgundy by Catharina and Guilhem Sadde, stems from Catharina’s passion— a former German chef turned winemaker after studying oenology in Montpellier and Geisenheim. With experience gained at prestigious domaines like Romanée-Conti and Comte Armand, she and Guilhem acquired their first plot in Beaune in 2018, marking the start of their winemaking journey.
With its name inspired by Proust, the cuvée Les Plaisirs et les Jours reflects this sensitive approach: a Savigny-lès-Beaune of finesse, lively and sincerely joyful.
