Domaine Tempier Bandol Rouge is a red wine produced in the designation of controlled origin (AOC) Bandol, located in the region of Provence, in the south of France.
The Domaine Tempier is one of the best known producers in Bandol, with a story going back over 100 years.
The wine is vinified in concrete tanks and aged in oak barrels for about 18 months. The result is a deep and complex red wine, with aromas of ripe red fruits, spices, leather and garrigue. On the palate, the wine is full -bodied, tannic and elegant, with a long finish.
The Domaine Tempier Bandol Rouge is considered one of the best red wines in Provence, and is often compared to the great red wines of the Rhône and Bordeaux valley. He can be appreciated from his youth, but also has great childcare potential, which can develop and improve for decades.
