Features :
- Dress : Pale yellow with light golden reflections, fine and persistent foam.
- Nose : Fresh and elegant, with aromas of white fruit (apple, pear), white flowers and discreet notes of brioche and fresh bread.
- Mouth : With great purity, champagne is balanced, with a beautiful liveliness and a delicate texture. The mouth is clear, mineral, with a slight fruity touch. The finish is lively, very fresh and without excess of complexity, leaving a feeling of lightness.
- Flavors: Fresh fruit, touch of hazelnuts and a slight floral side.
Vinification and breeding:
- Vinification: Traditional Champenoise, but without adding sulfur during the development (no sulfur added during the stages of fermentation, from primary fermentation to final development). The grapes are harvested manually and pressing is done gently to preserve the integrity of the aromas.
- Breeding: In cellars for 3 to 4 years on lees, with careful management of natural oxygenation of wine to avoid any risk of deviation. This champagne is produced without added sulfur, allowing a purer and more natural expression of the grape varieties.
