Le Carbonnieux Rouge 2019 is a red wine produced in the Pessac-Léognan appellation of the Bordeaux wine region in France. It is developed by the Château Carbonnieux, located in the town of Léognan.

This wine comes from an assembly of traditional Bordeaux red grape varieties, mainly Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot. It has an intense and deep red dress with purple reflections. On the nose, it gives off aromas of ripe red and black fruits such as cherry, raspberry, blackcurrant and blackberry, as well as woody and spicy notes.

On the palate, the red carbonnieux 2019 is a powerful and elegant wine, with very present tannins and a beautiful acidity. It offers flavors of red and black fruits, as well as wooded, spicy and mineral notes in the final.

This wine goes perfectly with grilled red meat dishes or sauce, game -based dishes, as well as character cheeses. It is recommended to serve it at a temperature between 16 and 18 degrees Celsius.

The particularity of this wine lies in its environmentally friendly production. The vines are cultivated according to the principles of organic farming, without the use of pesticides or chemical fertilizers. The grapes are harvested by hand and carefully sorted before being vinified in a traditional way. Aging is carried out in French oak barrels for 12 to 18 months, according to the vintage.
