Ladoix - 1st Cru - La Corvée - 2020 - Claire Naudin - 0.75L
Tasting
THE LADOIX La Corvée 2020 Presents a shiny, clear and attractive ruby dress. The nose is open and complex, with aromas of fresh red fruits (raspberry, cherry), embellished with spicy notes (pepper, cinnamon) and slightly wooded. On the palate, the wine is elegant and balanced, with a beautiful acidity that supports fine and silky tannins. The flavors of fresh fruit mix harches of undergrowth and sweet spices, with a fresh and persistent finish harmoniously.
Vinification and terroir
The vines of The chore, located on clay-limestone soils in the Beaune coast, are cultivated in biodynamics. Claire Naudin applies an environmentally friendly viticulture, without chemicals. The harvest is manual, followed by traditional winemaking with fermentation in stainless steel tanks. Breeding is done for about 12 months in oak barrels, part of which is new, to add complexity while preserving the purity of the fruit. Little sulfur is added, which allows you to best express the typicity of the terroir.
