HOW DOES IT WORK?
1. SHOP FOR €100 OR MORE
Tax-free shopping is available for eligible international visitors from €100 including VAT.
2.SHOW YOUR PASSPORT
Present your passport in store so our team can prepare your tax-free form. The name on the form must match the person travelling with the wines.
3. VALIDATE AT A PABLO KIOSK
When leaving the European Union, scan the barcode on your tax-free form at a PABLO kiosk. You can present the form on paper or as a PDF on your smartphone.
FAQ
The refund is slightly less than 20% of the purchase price, after processing fees.
You will need to present your passport in store. If you choose to receive the refund directly into your bank account, you will also need a valid credit or debit car
