- Build your order. Add as many bottles as you like to a single order.
- Choose your shipping method. Sea or air, depending on your timeline and transport budget see the two methods in detail.
- Hold if needed. You can ask us to delay dispatch: we'll keep your bottles in the cellar for as long as needed.
- Track to your door. A tracking number is issued as soon as the carrier takes charge of your order.

By sea
Estimated transit time: around 3 months, via our maritime logistics partner.
- Well suited to orders of several bottles or full cases
- The most cost-effective transport option
- Handled by a dedicated maritime partner (name and logo to be added once the carrier is confirmed)
By air
Estimated transit time: a few days, before local customs clearance.
- Recommended for urgent orders or special occasions
- Closely tracked throughout transit
- Currently handled by for all our international shipments
Transport cost is confirmed before your order is finalized there are no additional service fees
Temporary Bottle Storage
Wine holding, on your schedule
You don't need your purchase and your departure to line up. Your bottles stay in our cellar, under our usual conditions, until you're ready for us to ship.
- Cellar storage under original conditions, with no bottle limit
- You set the dispatch date; we prepare the shipment accordingly
- Useful for timing arrival with an event or a specific address
- Multiple purchases can be combined into a single shipment

Who pays customs duties on arrival?
Import duties and local taxes remain the recipient's responsibility and vary by country. We provide the documentation needed to help with customs clearance.
Are bottles insured during transit?
Every shipment is packed in cases designed for wine transport and can be insured for its full value; this option is offered before your order is confirmed.
Can I combine several purchases into one shipment?
Yes. By choosing temporary storage (see dedicated page), successive purchases can be held and shipped together on the date you choose.
Is there a minimum order for export?
No an order can be a single bottle or several cases; only the transport cost varies with volume.
Which countries do you ship to?
We ship worldwide, with the exception of certain countries subject to import restrictions. If you're unsure about your destination, contact us before placing your order.
How long before my order ships?
Once payment is confirmed, your order is prepared within 48 to 72 business hours, then dispatched via your chosen method.
