Grape varieties:
- 80% Pinot Noir
- 20% Chardonnay
Region : Champagne, France (Coteaux de l'Aube, in the Seine valley)
Cuvée: Raw natural (without dosage, therefore without adding sugar)
Features :
- Dress : Pale yellow with gold reflections, fine and delicate foam.
- Nose : Fresh, with aromas of white fruit (green apple, pear), supplemented by touches of brioche and hazelnuts, typical of aging on lees.
- Mouth : Very balanced, with beautiful acid tension, crunchy liveliness, and a clear and long finish, without excess of sugar, offering a feeling of purity and freshness.
- Flavors: Fresh fruits, slightly mineral notes, a slight toasted, which goes well with the purity of crude nature.
Vinification and breeding:
- Vinification: Traditional Champenoise, with a delicate pressing of grapes to avoid the extraction of too strong tannins. Fermentation in stainless steel tanks.
- Breeding: In cellars for 3 to 4 years minimum before disgorgement. No added dosage, which keeps all the purity of the basic wine.
Allergens: Contains sulfites.
