Founded in 2007 by Baptiste Lalfert, Domaine Clos Lalfert is located in La Boissière, Languedoc. A passionate self-taught winemaker, Baptiste initially leased his vineyards before purchasing them in 2013. The 10-hectare estate is farmed organically, with special attention to biodiversity and matching grape varieties to terroir. The domaine’s wines are featured on many Michelin-starred restaurant tables.
