White chance faces 2020
The CHANGE CHANGE OF PIERRE VISTE is a red wine produced in the wine region of Languedoc-Roussillon in France. This cuvée is developed from grapes from a rigorous selection of the best vineyards in the region, and is the result of a unique assembly of different grape varieties carefully chosen for their quality and character.
The name "chance" refers to the idea that the creation of a great wine can be the fruit of chance, but also of the expertise and experience of the winemaker. The wine is raised in oak barrels for several months, which gives it subtle aromas of vanilla and spices, as well as a velvety texture in the mouth.
Current cuvée is renowned for its balance between power and finesse, with notes of red and black fruits, liquorice and black pepper. It is an elegant and complex wine that perfectly accompanies grilled red meats, sauce dishes and refined cheeses.
