Domaine Bernard-Bonin, managed by Nicolas Bernard and Véronique Bonin, spans 7 hectares in Meursault and Puligny-Montrachet. Founded in 1998, the estate embraces an integrated approach to viticulture, combining biodynamic, organic, and reasoned practices with minimal intervention to preserve the authentic expression of the terroir. The wines are aged in oak barrels (25% new) for 15 to 18 months, then bottled according to the lunar calendar, reflecting the domaine’s commitment to natural, environmentally respectful practices.
