🏰 Domain presentation
THE Bernard-Bonin Domaine, led by Nicolas Bernard and Véronique Bonin, covers 7 hectares in Meursault and Puligny-Montrachet. Founded in 1998, the field favors an integrated wine approach, combining biodynamic, biological and reasoned methods, with minimum intervention to preserve the authentic expression of the terroir. The wines are raised in oak barrels (25% new) for 15 to 18 months, then bottled according to the lunar calendar, thus reflecting the commitment of the field towards natural and environmentally friendly practices.
