
Bereche and raw son reserve
- Color : Pale yellow, with light golden reflections
- Bubbles : Fine and persistent bubbles
- Nose : Aromatic, on notes of fresh fruit (green apple, citrus) and more complex touches of brioche, hazelnuts and light floral shades (white flowers).
- Mouth : Fresh and perennial with a beautiful structure. Aromas of crunchy fruit (pear, citrus), supported by a present minerality and a silky texture. A clear and long finish, with touches of hazelnut and yeast.

- Pinot Meunier (approximately 30–40%)
- Chardonnay (approximately 10–20%)
Vinification
- Method : Traditional winemaking in stainless steel tank, malolactic fermentation generally made for more roundness.
- Breeding : On lees for a period of 24 to 36 months, depending on the cuvée, before disgorgement.
- Dosage : Gross, therefore generally less than 6g/l of added sugar.
Pet and Wine agreements
- Ideal for : Aperitifs, seafood, grilled fish, sushi, fresh cheeses (goat or brie type), or light dishes.
