Cristal 2008 by Louis Roederer is the fruit of an assembly of 60% Pinot Noir and 40% of Chardonnay.

Nose

In a perfect harmony and complexity, Cristal 2008 is discovered on an intense bouquet in which the aromas of confit citrus fruits give way to the gourmet notes of pear and almond, enhanced with delicate scents of roasting.

Mouth

Immense and of great power, the attack delivers all the strength of the limestone terroir which gives this depth and this saline concentration testifying to the imprint of chalk. The touch displays this feeling of inimitable fabric flattering the palate with a softness of softness to the flavors of liqueur. Titled by a brilliant acidity, the mouth stretches with superb in the purity of a finish full of freshness leaving this persistent impression of delicious salinity. With that Crystal 2008, Louis Roederer signs the realization of one of the greatest masterpieces of the house, like the excellent vintage 2002.
