🏰 About Domaine Les Horées
Les Horées Estate, founded in 2019 in Burgundy by Catharina and Guilhem Sadde, stems from Catharina’s passion— a former German chef turned winemaker after studying oenology in Montpellier and Geisenheim. With experience gained at prestigious domaines like Romanée-Conti and Comte Armand, she and Guilhem acquired their first plot in Beaune in 2018, marking the start of their winemaking journey.
Vieux Sage is a free and sincere interpretation of Pinot Noir: whole cluster harvest, gentle vinification, no artifice. A living, vibrant wine reflecting the estate’s philosophy.
