Avalanche Fabien Trosset is a red wine produced in the Savoy wine name of the Savoy wine region in France. It is developed by Domaine Fabien Trosset, located in the town of Jongieux.

This wine comes from an assembly of local red grape varieties, mainly the world, the Gamay and the Pinot Noir. It has a dark red dress with purple reflections. On the nose, it gives off aromas of red and black fruits such as cherry, blackberry and blackcurrant, as well as spicy and undergrowth notes.

On the palate, the avalanche Fabien Trosset is a dry, full -bodied and powerful wine, with very present tannins and a beautiful acidity. It offers flavors of red fruits and liquorice, as well as wooded and smoked notes in the final.

This wine goes perfectly with grilled red meat dishes or sauce, game -based dishes, as well as character cheeses. It is recommended to serve it at a temperature between 16 and 18 degrees Celsius.

The particularity of this wine lies in its artisanal and environmental production. The vines are cultivated on steep hillsides, on the mountainside, according to the principles of organic farming, without the use of pesticides or chemical fertilizers. The grapes are harvested by hand and carefully sorted before being vinified in a traditional way.
