Pierre Chaude - 2021 - Domaine l'Anglore - Eric Pfifferling - 0.75l
Anglore is a wine estate located in the Tavel region, in France, and the Cuvée Pierre Chaude is one of their best known wines.
This wine is developed from grapes cultivated in biodynamics and vinified naturally, without adding chemicals or selected yeasts. The hot stone cuvée is mainly made up of Grenache, with a small proportion of Cinsault and Clairette.
The wine has a deep garnet red dress and offers aromas of ripe red fruits, cherry and spices. On the palate, it is round and flexible, with a beautiful tannic structure and balanced acidity. The finish is long and persistent, leaving notes of red fruits and spices in the mouth.
The hot stone cuvée of Anglore is a natural and authentic wine, which perfectly reflects the terroir and the biodynamic approach to the domain.
