• Terroir: Rolled pebbles on red clay soils, warm exposures in Tavel
• Vinification & Ageing: Hand-harvested, destemmed, fermented with indigenous yeasts, no sulfur added, aged in foudres or demi-muids for 12 to 15 months
• Alcohol: Approximately 13% vol
🍇 Tasting Notes
• Appearance: Deep garnet red with bright ruby highlights
• Nose: Complex and ripe, with black cherry, stewed red fruits, sweet spices and a hint of garrigue
• Palate: Ample and supple, carried by melted tannins. The acidity perfectly balances the weight. Pure fruit expression, with lovely depth and natural tension
• Finish: Long, warm, elegantly peppery and fruity
