The "Cerise" cuvée is one of the best known red wines in the Bernard Gipa estate. It is produced from syrah grapes from old vines located on steep hillsides. The name "Cerise" refers to the cherry trees surrounding the vines.
This wine is described as elegant and complex, with aromas of black fruit, pepper and spices. On the palate, it is rich and powerful, with firm tannins and balanced acidity. It can be young, but also has great childcare potential and can age for several years in the cellar. Produced from Syrah Vieilles Vignes, it has complex aromas and a balanced structure.
