Champagne Cristal Rosé - 2007 - Maison Louis Roederer

The 2007 vintage is considered one of the best of the decade, with a hot and dry summer which has enabled optimal maturation of the grapes.

The dress is of a deep golden rosé with green reflections, while the nose is complex and refined, with notes of citrus, dried fruit, brioche and honey. On the palate, champagne is intense and fresh, with a silky texture and a long finish.

Aged for six years in cellars before being marketed, which allowed him to develop all his complexity and elegance. It can be appreciated now, but can also be kept in the cellar for many years.
