Delamotte the cuvée is the flagship champagne of the house Delamotte, one of the oldest champagne houses, founded in 1760. This unpleasant brut is a real signature of the house, representing the characteristic style and elegance of Delamotte. It is developed from an assembly of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir And Pinot Meunier, with a majority of Chardonnay, the flagship grape of the house, cultivated mainly in the large terroirs of the Reims mountain and the Côte des Blancs.

With an aging of about 3 years on lees, Delamotte the cuvée is a champagne that combines the freshness and finesse of Chardonnay with the structure and complexity brought by the Pinots. Its 7 g/l dosage makes it a brut, perfectly balanced and accessible champagne, adapted to many occasions.

Tasting:

• Dress : He presents a brilliant golden dress, with fine and regular bubbles, a sign of good aging in the cellar.

• Nose : The nose is elegant and expressive, with aromas of fresh fruit such as pear and green apple, accompanied by delicate floral touches (acacia flower) and slightly brioche notes, characteristics of aging on lees.

• Mouth : The mouth is lively and fresh, with a beautiful attack. The fruity aromas are extended, and touches of honey, toast and hazelnuts are revealed as you go. The texture is fine, round and balanced, and the finish is clear, with a beautiful aromatic persistence.
