Dom Pérignon 2008 is a prestigious champagne produced by Maison Dom Pérignon, located in the Champagne region, in France. This cuvée is developed from the best grapes from 17 plots of vines selected in the villages of Hautvillers, Avize and Le Mesnil-sur-Oger.
The 2008 vintage was marked by exceptional climatic conditions, with a cold and dry winter followed by a warm and humid spring, which allowed a good maturity of the grapes.
The Dom Pérignon 2008 is distinguished by its golden and luminous dress, as well as by its subtle aromas of ripe fruit, floral notes and grilled touches. On the palate, this champagne turns out to be ample and complex, with a creamy texture and flavors of nuclei, pastry and honey. The finish is long and fresh, with beautiful mineral tension.
