• Appearance: Bright pale yellow with very fine, steady bubbles
• Nose: Delicate and floral, with aromas of white flowers, candied lemon, green apple, wet chalk and a hint of hazelnut
• Palate: Lively attack, taut and elegant texture. Saline freshness, citrus notes, subtle brioche nuances. Lots of energy
• Finish: Long and chiselled, sustained by a lovely mineral tension
