Ladoix - 1st Cru - La Corvée - 2022 - Claire Naudin - 0.75L
Tasting
THE LADOIX La Corvée 2022 Presents a brilliant red dress with purple reflections. The nose is intense and open, with aromas of fresh red fruits (cherry, raspberry) accompanied by delicate floral notes (violet, pink) and a slight spicy touch (pepper, licorice). On the palate, this wine is marked by a beautiful freshness, fine tannins and a silky texture. The acidity well presents perfectly balances the material and the fruity flavors, with notes of bright red fruits and subtle shades of noble wood. The finish is elegant and persistent, with a pleasant minerality.
Vinification and terroir
The vines of The chore, located on clay-limestone soils in the Beaune coast, benefit from a microclimate favorable to the culture of the Pinot Noir. Claire Naudin applies viticulture biodynamics Certified, without chemicals or artificial treatments. The harvest is manual and the selection of grapes is carefully done. Vinification is carried out in a traditional way, with fermentation in stainless steel tanks to preserve the purity of aromas. The wine is then raised for about 12 months in oak barrels (including a small proportion of new barrels), bringing complexity and roundness while respecting the expression of the terroir.
Pet and Wine agreements
THE LADOIX La Corvée 2022 fits perfectly with grilled meats, games, refined cheeses like the County or the Saint-Nectaire, as well as traditional dishes of Burgundian cuisine, such as Burgundian beef or the Wine rooster.
