Terroir and vinification:

This peculiarity of the terroir, combined with ideal climatic conditions, makes it possible to obtain very high quality grapes. The vines are over 30 years old on average, which contributes to an optimal concentration of aromas and structure.

The field practices high precision viticulture, with controlled yields and a manual harvest to guarantee quality. Vinification is done by plot, with rigorous control of temperatures and long maceration to extract the color and tannins. The wine is then raised in new oak barrels (about 80% new barrels), which gives it additional complexity and an elegant texture.
