• Terroir : 60 -year -old vines located in El Tiemblo, 1,000 meters above sea level, on various soils composed of clay, sandy granite, shale and quartz.​
• Vinification & breeding : Fermentation with indigenous yeasts, barrels in 225 l barrels, thunderbolts from 300 to 700 L and amphorae.

• Dress : Red Ruby Translucent.​
• Nose : Strawberry aromas, raspberry, wild herbs, smoked and mineral notes.​
• Mouth : Saline and mineral texture, fine tannins, average acidity, flavors of red fruits, spices, slight bitterness in the final.​
