Seated - 0.75L - 2021 - Boel family
The besieged cuvée of the Boel family is a red wine from the Rhône valley, produced from the Grenache, Syrah and Mourvèdre grape varieties.
This wine has a dark red dress and intense aromas of black fruits such as blackberry and blackcurrant, as well as spicy and Mediterranean score notes.
On the palate, the besieged cuvée is powerful and concentrated, with firm and well structured tannins. The flavors of black fruit mingle with notes of liquorice and pepper, while the freshness in the mouth brings a beautiful balance and a long and persistent finish.
This wine is ideal for accompanying red meat dishes such as steaks, chops or stews. It can also be tasted with strong cheeses such as Roquefort or Bleu d'Auvergne.
